I mean that could be bad though. If he's going through that to see you, imagine what he would do to keep you. Sounds super shady to me.
If you were to tell him your feelings though... Do so without fear I guess, since you already know he likes you back. Just be careful, the world is full of fucked people and god knows what they may do.
