I agree with shackleford96 ask her to go with you, if you even the slightest tells her in some way (you might find innocent) she might get really hurt. And you said yourself she isn't fat. You do know it's healthy to have some meat on the bone and not be completely skinny, right?
To be honest most girls would find it rather offensive especially if it came from your own boyfriend. If she is HAPPY with how she looks, let her stay that way. And if you can't accept it find another girlfriend and keep her as a good friend.
