It's normal to ask someone to take care of themselves health wise. Hell, I think it's ok to insist on it if they're a part of your life!
If, however, she IS healthy & it's purely aesthetics your going for then you either need to step out of the things-that-matter kiddie pool & dive into something deeper or get a girlfriend that looks just how you'd like her to & who may or may not be the kind of person you much care to be around.
Who cares how sweet, fun, smart & an all around joy a girl is so long as she's hot, right?
