I'm a construction worker and I needed something to help me so I came here. I'm always working but when I'm not, I'm very depressed. I feel guilty all the time--I'm alcoholic. I love my family and they love me but I'm stuck in a pit. Just want you to know that you are not alone at all even though you feel like you are. When I get very depressed I feel like there is no one that feels the way that I feel--but it's not true. I just can't stand it because all of my family seems to be happy all the time and I'm the depressed one. I just pray that God will take care of all of us and that we can be with him and all the people that we love and have true happiness in heaven. Peace be with you.
