    some foods trigger insulin production (starch)(sugar), eat those and you get hungry every three hours.

    You sure you’re hungry and not just bored? Will you be unable to perform physical tasks if you don’t at something eat that moment, or you just have nothing else to do?

        Growth spurts, hormonal changes and diabetes can all cause excessive hunger. Other things can cause it too but those are common. Are you more active lately?
