I'm almost 25 and still don't have beard or mustache

My colleague always question my masculinity due to this. Also I don't have any extra hair like chest hair, armpit hair, or that much leg hair. Doesn't mean I like being a gorilla tho, but is it normal?

The amount of body hair a person has is primarily dependent on hereditary/ethnic traits. Your testosterone level could be normal or off the charts and you just may not have a lot of (visible) body hair. All humans average the same number of hair follicles, but texture (coarse and dark vs fine and fair) can vary greatly. Hair growth does not effect masculinity or femininity.
I do presume both your testes dropped completely into your scrotum during puberty, you can achieve regular penile erections, and you typically wake up with “morning wood”. If that is wrong, get the blood work bubsy mentioned.
If all that is well, two upsides - you save time on shaving your face daily, and it’s unlikely you’ll ever go bald.

Try not to worry about it, your masculinity is not dependant on hair, and hey, A LOT of girls including me, love a guy who's not hairy.

Go get your bloodwork done and testosterone checked. There are a lot of risks and dangers to low t that go well beyond a lack of bodyhair.
