At least once a day, I like to put my hand between my sack and leg and do a little rub. I then proceed to sniff my hand because I enjoy the smell. I've always had a thing for certain bad smells and I don't know why. Like I also enjoy the smell of my own farts for example. Is this normal?

I think that purposefully smelling your own B.O. scents is an instinctual behaviour that subconsciously allows you to smell if you are in bad health or have an infection.
For example, my ears are pierced several times but I don’t wear earrings anymore. I have a compulsion to rub my earlobes and smell. The piercings get a pungent smell if I haven’t showered for 16 or so hours. So that smell tells me that I have...basically open wounds and that I have to keep those areas clean.
So subconsciously you are just trying to check your health...a totally normal part of our lizard brain.
I noticed with dogs, if an old dog has rotten teeth, another dog will smell the dogs mouth and not even bother with the usual butt smell.
We are animals after all.
I do that too, dude, I'm not exactly "addicted" lol, but I give it a sniff every now and then
