I'm addicted to cracking my neck

So at least 5 years ago a friend taught me how to crack my neck. I was paranoid about doing it though, I didn't know if it was healthy or what? But recently I've gotten addicted to cracking my neck, my hands/fingers,and even my toes. (You're probably thinking how the fuck do you crack your toes? I will not tell you for your own sanity, your welcome.) I feel like I need to crack my neck so I can relieve my back from this "pressure". Everytime I don't crack my neck I feel uncomfortable. I haven't talked to my doctor about this. Should I consult him about this habit? I have no idea.

every morning i wake up and all i need to do is shift my head to the right and CRACK. I find i need a couple of hours between cracks before i can do it again but it has become such a habit. sometimes it relieves some stiffness while other cracks can be quite painful.

I crack my back, my neck, my shoulders, my elbows, my sternum, my wrists, my fingers, my hip, my knees, my ankles, my toes and (very rarely) my jaw.

It's neither bad nor good for you. The only crack that's bad for you is crack cocaine.

It's just synovial fluid and releasing joint gases. Perfectly normal and harmless. I pop my elbows, ankles, fingers, toes, and knees all the time. Sometimes hip, too. Neck seems to go on it's own, and kind of rare. Same with my low back. Goes on it's own.
