  • Believe it or not, overweight people are malnourished. You keep eating junk because your body is craving nutrients. What you need to do is put more variety into your diet, or at the very least drink a nutrient rich powdered drink like Instant Breakfast twice a day. And when you want to eat cereal, pay attention to the serving size and get out measuring cups so you can do portion control, and substitute regular milk with low-calorie almond milk.

    Source: I've lost 53 lbs. this year just by doing portion control.

    • Don't forget to check the salt and sugar content of that powdered breakfast drink: most of them are full of rubbish
