I know a few men that feel the way you do. They prefer the company of women because men don't have much to offer them and it is understandable, we all have different taste in socialization.
I enjoy being around men, for many reasons. Do understand that men here in the US are generally respectful of women and the ones that aren't are matched by a population of equally undignified women. It works both ways.
Statistically, you are correct, rapists and child molesters are more often male than female, however, 3/5 of females report being sexually assaulted in some manner in their lifetimes but 3/5 of men are not sexually abusive - what can be gathered by that statistical read is not that most men are abusers but that most abusers are repeat offenders. Hence, they're a minority among men in the states if anything.
At least be open to the prospect of friendship with men. Both genders have much to offer and you'll find out that gender and quality of character are often unrelated as you go out into the world.
But if you ask me, 2/5 is far too many. Regardless, I could have sworn that it seems like they're the majority. Maybe I just let all the paranoia get to me, I don't know.
MOST CMs are male; although contrary to popular belief, not all of them. Regarding the issue of female CMs, it's a lot like the issue of Black-on-White crime - the policy is to simply sweep it under the rug.
As for forcible rape, I think it's fair to say that at least 99% of that is perpetrated by males.

i believe different genders can be good friends.. if you don't prefer males ,try females as friends... they might be more understanding for you...
