I'm a healthy 20 year old female, but I don't have any pain or moodiness during my menstrual cycle.I have a normal/heavy flow that lasts a week tops. Sometimes I will feel really tired the first day, but after that nothing. No moodiness, no pain just blood.
Yes, I was the same but let me assure you that that will probably change as you age. Enjoy it while you can. Then once it goes bad, you'll deal with doctors who don't believe you have any serious pain or problems! You'll wait years for tests and for them to take you seriously. It's great! Not.
That's completely normal. Every woman reacts differently on their period. You should consider yourself lucky.
I know a lot of women make it seem like it's absolute hell (because it is for a lot of females) and men expect us to be raging bitches and don't want to touch us with 5 foot poles. BUT, there are some of us that don't get effected as severely or at all. My only symptoms is that my boobs will ache sometimes.
