I'm 30 and my mom and I have always been close. I would definitely consider her one of my best friend. We talk about everything. She use to go out to the strip clubs and bars with me and my friends. She was just like part if the group. She's not that crazy embarrassing mom that gets drunk and acts like she's 21 again. Either way yes it's normal. I love hanging out with both my parents.
