I very much understand your frustration. I live in shitty apartments currently and all the people around here let their dogs bark nonstop. It's annoying as hell. But I myself have a dog too, and if he barks, he gets scolded and stops. He knows not to bark, but sometimes he gets a bit over excited, but he still gets scolded. Even though there are a ton of stupid people who don't know how to scold and train their dog, I also know a lot of people with very well trained dogs..like myself. So I wouldn't say I want all dogs to die, some dog owners just need to learn.
