How long until it's normal for you to say "I love you"?

...is normal after a week for a new couple?
...a couple months in, does it still feel normal?
...you mean you've been together 7 years? It's GOTTA feel normal! Right?

Cause I know after the past 2 years of that "normal" with my ex-girlfriend I'd do anything to have it feel the opposite. So how long until it's normal for you and your significant other? Should it be normal to say it?

    I may fall quick but I don't actually say it until at least 6 months to a year into the relationship.

    It took me and my boyfriend almost a year lol. But we know the difference between lust, desire, like, obsession and love. Been there done that. We didn't rush on the love
