  • In general a cooler room works best for most people. You don't want to be in sweltering heat.

    Beyond that - so many things are individualistic, and also depends on your housing situation. You may need a fan for air movement. You may need some kind of white noise maker to help cover routine sounds in the house or neighborhood.

    Taking a cool shower prior to bed often helps many.

    Finally, many people sleep better after orgasm (there's actually research to back that up).
