No device is bedt device. Use your bed fot sex, cuddles and sleep only is a major help. Work more. I have alot of pent up energy so working more zonks me out. Get better control of yourself. I love sleep can do it for 10+ hours easily. When I lay down im out within minutes most the time.
Hell the other night me and bf kept waking up screwing and idk about him but I passed right out after. I just remember waking up then feeling his hands on me then him entering me then nothing and repeat all night. Its wonderful. Dont rely on technology itll only make things worse
