      Seconded! Nothing is better than a few glasses of whiskey and getting lost in your own thoughts.

      I'm more of a Chivas man, but I also like Jameson Black Barrel.

    I sleep with air conditioning on if its real hot i might turn the ceiling fan on to. i dont need any machines and a bunch of pillows just get in the way only need one for my head.

    Doing a weight trainig- cardio mix in the dark before bedtime. Having a happy place to go. These are nice things to do before sleeping!

    In general a cooler room works best for most people. You don't want to be in sweltering heat.

    Beyond that - so many things are individualistic, and also depends on your housing situation. You may need a fan for air movement. You may need some kind of white noise maker to help cover routine sounds in the house or neighborhood.

    Taking a cool shower prior to bed often helps many.

    Finally, many people sleep better after orgasm (there's actually research to back that up).

    No device is bedt device. Use your bed fot sex, cuddles and sleep only is a major help. Work more. I have alot of pent up energy so working more zonks me out. Get better control of yourself. I love sleep can do it for 10+ hours easily. When I lay down im out within minutes most the time.

    Hell the other night me and bf kept waking up screwing and idk about him but I passed right out after. I just remember waking up then feeling his hands on me then him entering me then nothing and repeat all night. Its wonderful. Dont rely on technology itll only make things worse

    I cannot sleep at all in a room above 60F. But also I hardly can sleep at all. Ambien has been my greatest lifesaver. I’ll take a few years off my life in side effects if it reverses the years lost from total lack of sleep.
