You are worried whether you can trust yourself around her. So, is she saying not to (ie, she can keep things on the level as cousins)? Or is she saying yes, lets move this to a romantic level?
If the former, then you're OK, but try to control yourself. If the latter, you 2 need to talk, cool it down & maybe not see one another for a bit.
If you crossed the line it likely will stain, complicate or otherwise negatively change your relationship for the worse forever. Is that what you want to throw away? No. You have something special - keep it that way.
