People tend to get weirded out by people who are attracted to heavier people. Sadly, people seem to have more understanding for DOUCHEBAGS like HOG who USE fat people than people who are sincerely ATTRACTED to them.
Just keep doing what you are doing. Enjoy your girlfriend. You are not the only person who is that way. The psychological terms are "adipophile" or "adiposexual". I personally don't go broadcasting my adipophilia (in real life) because it's awkward, but I am pretty sure everybody who knows me has figured it out. Sadly, not everybody is respectful but it beats living a lie and having shitty sex.
