I almost always have very vivid dreams with clear and realistic imagery. I usually have a good sense of control over my actions in them too

      Well I'm not 100% sure how I do but I find the simple act of going into your dreams with the intention of controlling can have an impact. Now this takes a good few nights to start noticing a difference but you'll notice an increase in control, you're unlikely to experience full control from this method straight away but I'm time it'll happen more frequently.

      I have however I already had a good potency and control of my dreams before using weed

        I used to smoke errday. Morning and night. When I quit for a new job my dreams were almost as good as the high.
