Some people probably noticed but nobody cares. Your weight isn't important to anyone but yourself. Not trying to be mean, you should be proud of yourself and I'm happy for you but don't become one of those people who thinks they are important enough that everyone should notice the mundane changes to their life/appearance.
Well I'd hope they'd care as they're my family/friends. I don't think it's mundane to workout/reduce calories and want people to notice so that you know it's not just in your head.
It's not mundane to you, it's a great accomplishment personally. But it is mundane to other people. A dangerous thing about worrying what other people think is that you stop doing it for yourself. If you rely on other peoples validation you might lose your motivation. You lost a good amount of weight and that's great. But don't concern yourself with other people noticing. Only worry about what you think.
Here's an idea of you really need the outside validation. When you are in their company bring up wanting to go shopping more for new clothes since your clothes are too loose now.
Again. I'd try not to rely on outside validation, but if you need it then that would be a way to hint at it. Either way, keep up the good work.
I lost 14 pounds and no one noticed?
