I think it's more common these days than a lot of people realize for adults to still be living at home, and it can be for multiple reasons. I actually think it's becoming rarer to see people between 18 and 21 who aren't still living at home in my area (and I'm not talking about staying in the dorms at college during the school year). There's absolutely no shame in living at home if you have medical issues that are out of your control, which prevent you from being able to live on your own. No one should berate you for that at all!
Also, you are paying your own bills and for your own belongings, which I think is great!
I don't know why your coworkers would judge you if they are aware of your situation (and even if they aren't, they should really mind their own business).
