Sometimes when I pull my underwear down, before I change my pad I sniff it. I don't know why, I just like the smell. Am I normal???

    It's not wrong to be intrigued by the primal scent of pheromones. Americans are so uptight about the human body.
    They think anything that is related to genitals is dirty. That's why we see some of those comments here.
    If you're not obsessed with sniffing your own scent and you are balanced about your compulsion to do it (meaning it isn't affecting your normal life activities) then it's perfectly harmless.
    Relax and enjoy a sniff here and there.
