I like to push so hard when i poop i only have one log

It upsets me if I poop in multiple pieces. I push so hard my face turns beat read and I scream out in agony/pleasure. If I have diarrhea it's one power blast and I'm done.

I don't know if it's OCD, or just an efficiency thing? Or if I am just that far ahead of the curve. Does anyone else do this?

    I don't know why, but I laughed.

You shouldn't have to force it, and it's unhealthy if you do.

If you really do feel an irresistible compulsion to do this and letting your body do what it wants to do naturally upsets you, then you have a problem.

Keep it up, and you will pay a price for abusing your body.

I've had digestive issues ever since I was a kid. I remember around age 12 pushing so hard that my ass bled. That hemorrhoid I gave myself lasted for two whole miserable years. That's gonna happen to you too, Op.

One word. Prolapse. Have fun, keep measurements, and report back.

If you have to strain I think you have a problem.

I misread the title and thought it said "I like to push so hard when I poop I only have one leg" lol.

You could turn yourself inside-starting at your asshole.

  • Pushing like that isn’t good you could irritate vessels and hemorrhoids and stuff could happen. I think if it comes out whole that’s normal just don’t rush it. When it’s in pieces it could be a sign you’re lacking something in your diet or means constipation as someone with ibs that’s a common problem for me and things never go easy. So if your usual is the hard to pass pebbles it could be a intestinal issue. I used to do what you described but after adding more better things to my diet and maybe some medication it does help soften things so they go smoother without the pushing being as needed.
