I get really turned on by flirting with other girls but I know I'm not gay. I am attracted to other girls and I like to dance, kiss, wrestle with them and feel private areas, but I know I'm not gay. Some of my friends say I'm in denial.

Umm, most of this could be interpreted as "not gay" until we get to the "feeling private areas". I agree with your friends, you are in denial. Maybe you are not "gay", but you are certainly (at least) bi-curious in my book.
Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to explore your sexuality with another woman, go for it. If you don't, just keep "kissing and wrestling and feeling their private areas"...

I don't find anything wrong with that. Females are supple creatures. It makes a delightful activity of feeling them up.
