Coming from A certified Wellness Coach ane Personal Trainer- It's not too bad. A lot of people don't do well with gluten, which is found in bread, but some can tolerate it.
If you don't already, aim to get nitrate/hormone free ham- It's easier on your kidneys.
You should be consuming .5-1 oz. Of water per pound of body weight, and adding another 6-12 ounces per 15 minutes of exercise depending on the amount you sweat.
It doesn't seem like your getting enough raw fruits and vegetables, so I would add more of those In to your diet. They will keep you fuller longer, and nourish your body.
