I like to do yoga and exercise, but i also like to smoke and drink.
i like all of these things for different reasons: yoga, smoking, hiking/swimming, drinking alcohol, and none of these things do i do infrequently. of course, i'd never go hiking and light a ciggy half way up a trail or do yoga when i'm drunk, but i can't resign myself to a completely unhealthy life of just drinking/smoking and inactivity, or to a completely healthy life of activity and relatively no vice whatsoever. regardless, i eat very healthily 99% of the time and don't eat much sugar, and never eat fast food and have never been overweight. i have been living like this for a long time and got into a good diet and activity long before i got into vice. are there many other people like me? often i feel that there are only polarities regarding health, and i hate being (or am unable to be) at one end or the other.
