I also LOVE the smell of gas. When I was a teen, I enjoyed filling the tank so I could smell that smell, but then they determined that the fumes were seriously carcinogenic. I took "them" at their word, because nothing that smells that good could possibly be good for you!
As we age, "they" slowly whittle away at all the good things in life, and if we want to live past tomorrow morning, we'd better not do this or eat that!
It's a crime, isn't it? Pretty soon, all that'll be left are padded walls and virtual realities.... And then they'll find out that the padded walls are carcinogenic.
