I like the burn of the alcohol on my face.

Hello. So a week ago my mom bought me that thing to put on my face cuz of my acne and it had a alcohol in it and every time I use it it burn on my face really hard but the wierd thing that I enjoy that painfully burn on my face and I can say I maybe addicted to it cuz I did it a couple times just to feel the burn. So my question is: is it normal to enjoy that pain so much?? And can it cause health problms if abuse it?

    Its normal, but your drying your skin... I personally like the feeling of pouring it on open wounds. How sick does that sound? I like to think of it as a disinfecting sensation.

    If you do the alcohol outside your face, you have good feeling and the little acne parts have it and take party after party and in the morning after headache. Then you take the alcohol there and all happy again. Good for all, Great!

    Drying out your face, which is what you are doing, will only make the acne worse.

    lots of ppl like pain. they can be known as masochists - and it doesn't necessarily refer only to pain associated with sexual pleasure. some ppl cut themselves, some ppl pull out there hair, some ppl burn themselves with curling irons. i guess in some ways pain can make u feel alive. but over use of anything can lead to health issues.
