Myself and my wife have always slept naked including the times we have had guests staying with us. If you feel more comfortable naked then go for and don't worry about other people, they will soon get used to the fact and accept you as you are. If you are concern just make sure you have the cover pulled up to your neck.
I like sleeping nude.
