I used to be like this. Once I perfected my techniques and started blowing crap nearly 100 feet in the air, I got bored with it.
I grew up on a ranch out in the woods. Plenty of safe places to test risky hobbies like that. Never hurt anyone or anything important.
Seriously though, it sounds like you've got it pretty damn bad. Piss on the fire and move on. Or get a demolition job.
