It's normal to have the attraction, but since I don't know how old you are I can't say whether it's right to act on it. If you're over 18, then sure, it's your life, go for it, but if you're younger (which it kind of sounds like, no offence if you're older) dating a 38 year old guy is a really bad idea. Aside from compatibility issues, you have to realise in a lot of places this guy could go to jail for having a relationship with you, and also, when you're young, it's very easy to over-estimate your own maturity and get into bad situations (if you're over 18, like I said, you can disregard that XD), Don't feel guilty about the attraction though, that sort of thing's v. common.
