My father is super religious and really hates gays and lesbians. I'm bi but I pretended to be straight while he was alive so he wouldn't cut me out of his will. I got a huge amount of money when he died and I was openly bisexual after that. Was what I did normal?

    Survival of the fittest. Money is a survival tool, people do A LOT worse for money. You're fine. I don't think it's a big deal at all.
    I actually think its a good thing you waited until his death, anyways, money aside.

    Serves him right for being a bigot, so don't feel guilty about it. You could always give some of the money to one of the organisations supporting gay rights
