            Yes, I think so. I'm a firm believer that being intoxicated is never an excuse for bad behavior. Predatory people tend to erroneously see themselves as victims and often times assume that being intoxicated absolves them of their crimes. I personally think those two guys should be in jail.

    Sounds like rape to me. Whether you were drunk or they were drunk should not matter.

    When a person is drunk, by law they are usually not considered capable of giving consent to sex (though that may depend on the particular laws in your country).

    If you want to press charges against these low lifes you should seek legal advice.
