So I put a big hole in the wall but I was wearing Vans and it really hurt and now my toes are bleeding.

    Oh right you guys have that drywall stuff. Can barely call that a wall, maybe a partition or something. Try kicking in a real wall aka brick and mortar.

    By the way, you probably kicked it wrong. I was in martial arts in my late teens, and if it was just dry wall I probably could have put that hole there barefooted, no problem.

    So like I said before, what is behind the wall? Take a picture, and then post it online, then you can research breaking boards with kicks. Do it!
