The above stated mold is one possibility. Perfumes and other modern chemical in various soaps and other modern consumer products might be doing it as well (you may have to experiment with changing shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and many other things in your living quarters to find out). Sorry, its not easy.
Note of personal cleaners: Ivory bar soap is as pure as it comes... and millions of people used it to shower and even wash their hair for decades. Perhaps old fashion; but, if you shower or bath with Ivory soap and the problem goes away you know that you are reacting to certain perfumes of other chemicals in other soaps and shampoos.
