Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: Exercise Bicycle 40 min intense, pulling weights 20 min

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Exercise Bicycle 40 min intense, doing pushups 20 min

Is it good for my muscles? Can they get wounded?

    Too much. You have no rest days. You need to allow your body to recover. Over training will lead to injury and burn out. You could do more weights and less cardio.

    Yes, of course it's a fantastic start & any regular physical activity like that is good for your health & mental wellbeing.

    Bike riding is good low resistance activity, but if you're concerned with injury you might want to do some research regarding proper form while weightlifting. You might also look into mixing in other activities in the future as your body becomes accustomed/efficient if you stick to one form of exercise- it's good to mix it up.

    If you would explain what exactly, 'pulling weights' entails, I could give you a more accurate assessment. But for starters start eating more protein like milk and chicken and also I would recommend more than just push ups on your other days.
