I just want to be loved

I know I'm not the most beautiful woman in the world, or the smartest.. or anything above average, but does that mean I'm not allowed to be loved does it?
I have been loved by friends, but they all leave in the end, for the newest model. I've never really been in a romantic relationship, unless you count silly week long hand holding stuff in the start of high school.
So is it okay to want to be loved, even if you are not perfect?

    Who says that you are not perfect? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And remember, there is a key for every lock out there. Sometimes you just have to look for it. How long has it been since you experienced the "high school hand holding" thing?

    Love yourself before you go and find someone to love you.

    Go on a dating app/site.

    Don’t jump into bed with the first person you meet unless you want that.

    The problem is, if the ugly chick has self esteem issues that get in the way, they become too annoying for me.
