I hate everyone since they just let me down. I just wanna beat someone up. Like badly, I feel so much rage and I’m just gonna snap sometime. I wanna beat someone up like a little kid, the people that did me wrong, or someone who did Nothing and not my family or my friends that care for me. Go boxing... You can fight people and get better at self defense. But beating up random people is a big no. You will get arrested. Not to mention in your case, wanting to fight family... That's even worse.
For example, if I had the perfect opportunity, I'd beat the shit out of my communist cousin. But I don't and if I do it's a disaster in my career. Future investor and CEO beats man senseless... It sounds bad no matter how you look at it.
So I let the bullshit slide, only being as aggressive as I can be, without physically assaulting him.
Either do rough sports, or fix cars. I tend to relax while messing with my cars and fixing various bits, while drinking beer. The stress just melts away. Even if that old project car won't start, you are a step closer to her starting. It's satisfaction and happiness that takes you away from the daily stress and anger.
If you beat someone up then you will end up in trouble with the cops, so it makes more sense to call the cops yourself and make something up to get them to come to your house and then beat them up when they arrive. Then they can arrest you after you've kicked the crap out of them.
