I just started a diet and i got some questions
1. What sports are recommended for fat loss? I got really fat arms and thighs
2. Should I lift light weights just to tone up a little bit , or it might bulk me?
3. What to do, if I feel really full but actually barely ate?
4. How often should I have cheat meals? Or, I shouldn't have cheat meals at all?
5. How many times a week should I workout ?
6. It just started raining where I live, and I usually have outdoor workouts, I can't have a gym membership, so what kind of workouts can I do from home for weight loss?
