I live alone, now. My wife passed three months ago. Both of our children are grown with children of their own. I watch porn and beat one or two off almost every night.     I'm truly sorry for your loss, but why don't you stop with the porn, and see a therapist to help you with your grief instead of trying to masturbate your pain away?     Sorry for your loss, not too sure how your dealing with that, but masterbation is a normal thing that every guy has done or does, either a couple times a week or everyday. Unless it becomes a interference with work, life, or anything else Im sure its normal!
