It could mean multiple things. Here are possible reasons:
.Low flora (which is the good bacteria in your stomach)
.You have worms (no joke!)
.If you get anxiety it can usually make your nose itch for some random reason (i've had it before)

When I'm upset I get an itch nose..

I do it too and it leaves a sort of wrinkle on top of it
