A coffin or box floating through space. Shielded from everything outside. Puts me to sleep right away. IIN?

    Whenever I'm in bed to sleep I imagine that I'm floating in a boat after closing my eyes. And you know what? It actually works. It feels like that the bed is actually floating. After this I fall asleep peacefully.

    I don't do it myself, but I've heard of sleep rituals like that. Going to a save place in order to sleep.
    For me it's sometimes the opposite. I have to open a window because my room is too damn quiet.

    Coffins might seem pretty comfortable since people who lay in them sleep for a very long time.
