I hold my farts in

My wife use to hold them in when we first got married and I always told her lies like wow you were really making me fan the sheets last night you were really cutting the cheese and she would say no way and I would embarrass and continue to make up that she farts in here sleep all the time

I do the same. My partner I have lived with for 6 years and been with for 8 and he says the same thing 'Ive never heard you fart before' yet he lets them off every hour at least some days and has contests with his mates who has the worst like some kind of trophy is up for grabs lol I remember a couple of years ago though we were watching a movie and a female farted in it and he was so shocked by it like he thought women didn't fart at all haha

I held one of my farts in one time after eating some eggs...then I let it rip.

try farting from time to time... I would get stressed trying to constantly hold in my farts! It feels good to just let them release!

Ok normal to hold it in when you are close infront of people/family, but dont hold it in too much its not healthy.

I won't fart in front of anyone either although my spouse does it in front of me all the time. We are ridiculous hahaha!
