I don't shower as much as normal people maybe like once a week or.. two... three? It's just like all the basic needs I find it boring and I'd rather be doing something else. Same with leaving the house, I don't have agoraphobia, I just don't want to go outside because it's takes away from me time, maybe it's my antisocial and introvert nature.
Also I don't know what 3 years would do to someone, but some people actually don't smell like other people.
