You sound deeply depressed. It's time to get some professional help and talk a shower or a bath with lots of soap and water! It won't kill you to get clean. Sorry, but most people don't generally like others who smell bad.
I see what you're saying. Maybe you could try to find out if there are some charitable organizations that offer free therapy or therapy at a reduced or sliding scale rate.
You know you're only hurting yourself when you don't bathe on a regular basis. At least try to take a shower once a week and then gradually take more showers or baths if you really can't stand it. I know it broke your heart to lose a six year relationship, but you're just punishing yourself by not taking care of your personal hygiene. If you don't fight to care for and improve yourself you are letting the ex who hurt you win.

yeah i dont know where you live but here in australia i found a psychologist for anger management that bulk billed and i didnt pay a cent
