    Once in a rare while i skip a day showering and I itch and feel dirty. Don't you itch?

      He and the itch have become fused into a single entity. There is no more distinction. He cannot scratch his own self away.

      Nope. I keep my hands clean for health reasons but other than that I don't feel dirty as long as I change clothes.
