I have weird red dots on my penis head. iin?

*long story alert*

So about 3 days ago i noticed that i had like 2 or 3 weird red dots on my penis head but today in the shower i noticed that they're are spreading and they all around my penis head and the became a little bit bigger. they are not itching , smelling ,hurt and nothing come out of them, they are just red dots like some 1 took a marker and marked them there.I'm also virgin and i never had sex or oral sex (gave/received)i masturbate though and sometimes i use shampoo or soap and not a while ago i tried doing it with olive oil but the thing is it was already used and i didn't know that because it was in a can where usually a new oil idk who put it there but it smelled like potato
but i used it anyway. so might it be it? will it go away? should i see a doctor about it if it doesn't go away? please help me. (by the way i'm a 17 years old teenager if it matters).
