I'm surprised that you seem kind of defensive about this. I certainly didn't mean to offend you at all. I was trying to give you an explanation though. Even if you're not nervous, it's still a habit you've developed. It is probably just something that is unique to you as a person, which is why I said 'and idiosyncrasies.' It's normal, and lots of people do things like this.
