I have to snort my nose really loudly before bed

After I get in bed to go to sleep at night, I get this urge to snort my nose really loudly; so loudly that it aches in the back of my nasal passage for a couple of seconds. If I don't do this, then I feel 'incomplete.' Is this normal?

    I sometimes do this because my nose get stops up or runny.

    OCD!!! XD. Hahahahaha!!! So what's the problem? :D LOL! Hey, did you read the paper this morning? I was just wondering how many fucking pages it had. XD. LOL!

    It's normal. It might be some OCD type thing, which I have. Today I colored one of my fingers black so I had to color the rest black too. Normal for somewith with OCD

    My dad does that, not just before bed, but throughout the day sometimes. He says that's because he had his nose broken in a boxing match when he was 15 and it helps "move things around". But it sounds weird nonetheless :) Do you have any injuries or other health issues that might be the reason?

    Ya i think u have OCD, i have it and it changes over time.. i used to have to say goodnite and blow kisses to everyone i ever knew before i could fall asleep or i didnt feel rite...it bugged me but i still had to do it.. luckily i dont gota do that anymore now i just gota count things alot lol but ya its a weird thing to have just talk to someone if u think thats what u have
